This October, Metro adopted a TOC Policy & Implementation Plan, which will partner with local cities along transit corridors to promote healthy, livable communities free from displacement pressures.

ACT-LA was a key partner in developing this implementation plan and ensure that it has meaningful impacts for transit rich communities.

The TOC Implementation Plan is grounded in four initiatives:

1. Creating TOC corridor baseline assessments.
2. Continually improving Metro TOC programmatic areas.
3. Enhancing Metro’s internal Coordination.
4. Strengthening coordination and collaboration with Metro’s partners.
